Terms of Use
Terms for using the CCG website and evaluating our property and FlexBox offerings.
Effective September 14, 2026
By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. Questions can be directed to contact@commercialcapgroup.com or (512) 693-4004.
Website information
Information on this website is provided for general informational and marketing purposes. Property availability, dimensions, access, security features, pricing, incentives, permitted uses and other terms can change and are confirmed only in a written quote, lease, purchase agreement or other signed agreement.
No brokerage relationship
Commercial Capital Group presents and manages space and product opportunities offered through its business and related property operations. Use of this website does not create a broker-client, fiduciary, agency or advisory relationship.
Property availability and suitability
Submitting an inquiry does not reserve space or create a right to lease. CCG may evaluate proposed uses, operational requirements, access needs, insurance requirements, property constraints and other factors before offering a space. Customers are responsible for confirming that a proposed use is lawful and suitable for their business unless CCG expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
Auto dealer premises
Descriptions of dealer-office and vehicle-display configurations are intended to explain physical premises options designed around applicable Texas dealer-premises requirements. CCG does not issue dealer licenses and does not guarantee approval by the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles or any other governmental authority. Final licensing and regulatory approval remain the customer’s responsibility.
FlexBox products
FlexBox pricing shown on the website is base pricing for the stated configuration unless otherwise specified. Delivery, placement, applicable taxes, permits, site preparation, utility connections, foundations or blocking, local approvals and custom work are separate unless included in a written quote. Dimensions and usable-area figures are approximate where identified as such.
Delivery and site conditions
Delivery availability depends on destination, route, equipment, site access, ground conditions and other practical constraints. Third-party transportation may be used. A delivery quote is not final until the applicable unit, destination and placement requirements are confirmed.
Quotes, promotions and pricing
Promotional pricing, introductory pricing and website estimates may be changed or withdrawn and may be subject to eligibility, term, inventory or property conditions. Only a fully executed agreement controls the final commercial terms.
Intellectual property
The CCG name, branding, website design, written content, graphics, photographs and other materials are owned by or licensed to Commercial Capital Group unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit website content without permission, except for ordinary personal or business evaluation of CCG offerings.
Third-party services
Links, maps, scheduling tools, payment services, financing resources, social platforms, delivery providers and other third-party services are provided for convenience. CCG is not responsible for third-party websites, policies, availability or performance.
Prohibited use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, submit false or fraudulent information, scrape the site at unreasonable scale, or use website content in a way that violates law or the rights of others.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. CCG does not warrant that website information will always be complete, error-free or continuously available.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CCG will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising solely from use of or reliance on this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any separate signed lease, purchase agreement or service agreement may contain its own governing-law and dispute terms, which control for that transaction.
Changes
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The version posted here is the current website version and will show its effective date.
